Ingredients

1 lb. Ground Beef
1 cup water
1 Bag Frozen Ora Ida Southern Style (Cubed) Hash Browns
2 cups frozen peas
Tips
If you find this a little blah, season the meat with salt pepper, and spices to your taste. You can also throw in a little chopped onion while cooking the meat.
To speed cooking time, defrost the potatoes beforehand.
Do not defrost the peas... they may overcook before the potatoes finish.
Serve with ketchup, steak sauce, or horseradish!
Directions
Crumble and brown the ground beef in a pan until pink is gone (approximately ten minutes on medium). Add 1 cup water to pan, allow to boil. Top with frozen hash browns then add frozen peas on top. Cover and turn to low. Let simmer for approximately 15 minutes, or until potatoes are soft. Stir and serve!
