Ingredients

    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Lipton Noodle Chicken Noodle Soup Mix, 21 gram(s) (remove)
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 2.5 cup (remove)
    Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can (remove)

Tips

This is a fairly salty recipe, so watch your sodium intake for the rest of the day. Bread cubes can be added to the mixture with the tuna rather than serving on toast. Stuff blanched green peppers and put in the oven until everything is nice and hot.


Directions

Saute onions and garlic in the oil. When the onions are clear, add milk and soup mix and bring to a simmer. Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring fairly often.

Drain the tuna and mix it into the pot.

Serve over toast. (Toast not included in nutrition info)
