Boars Head Pesto Parmesan Ham- 5-6 slices
2 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Egg Substitute
Kraft Shredded Mexican Style Four Cheese
Tips
Check for doneness by sticking a toothpick into the center of the pie dish, when it comes out clean it is done.
You can use any kind of sliced deli meat on this that you like. It is quick and easy to make, and great for low-carbers.
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375.
Using glass pie dish, spread cheese evenly over the bottom of the dish.
Layer ham over the top of cheese, covering all the cheese.
Put egg and egg substitute together in a bowl and whick until blended. Pour over the top of the ham.
Put in center rack of oven and cook until done, 30-40 minutes.
