Ingredients

    1.25 cups Cut Leaf Spinach, Frozen
    1 tomato, sliced
    1 cup skim ricotta
    8 oz (2 cups) shredded mozzarella

Directions

Spread out the pizza dough on a cookie sheet or on your pizza stone.

Add Mozzarella, Ricotta, spinach and tomatoes.

Cook according to directions in your dough recipe.
