    Arrowhead Organic Buckwheat Flour, 0.5 cup
    Chia dry seeds, 2 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
    Egg white, fresh, 2 large
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, o.5 cup
    Baking soda, 1/2 tsp,
    Baking powder, 1/2 tsp,
    Cinnamon, 2 tsp,
    Vanilla extract, 1 tsp,
    Salt, at the tip of knife
    Oil Coating Spray or pig fat

Tips

Serve with lactose-free vanilla yogurt, nut butter, fresh berries. Yummy!!!


Directions

Mix all the ingredients,
Cook on a skillet coated with spray or pig fat.

    Followed the recipe and guessed on how much batter to drop to make the cakes - I used a 1/4 cup measure and got 7 1/2 cakes, so drop a scant 1/4 C for each cake and you should get 8 cakes total.
    The flavor is ok - nothing exciting.
