Ingredients

    9 oz. cooked chicken breast
    .5 cup onions, vidalia or red, chopped
    .25 cup pecans, chopped
    .25 cup craisins
    .33 cup apple, diced
    .66 cup grapes, halved
    .5 cup greek yogurt, nonfat, plain
    juice of one lemon
    .5 tsp garlic powder
    kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill. Serve on bread as sandwiches, or on a bed of greens.
