Ingredients

2 tins tuna drained (yielded 240g/8.5oz tuna)
100g/4oz courgette (zucchini), peeled and sliced.
100g/4oz mushrooms, finely chopped
100g/4oz cheddar cheese, grated/shredded
1 tbsp olive oil
black pepper
Tips
Too tuna-y for Pam - try with more veg next time, add some herbs and omit the SCD yoghurt.
Does a good job of topping up your selenium and B-vitamins!
Directions
Preheat oven to Gas Mark 5 375F 190C.
Saute mushrooms in olive oil. Add to tuna with yoghurt and black pepper. Mix well.
Put half the mixture in a 2lb loaf tin, cover with a layer of courgette/zucchini slices and then a layer of cheese. Repeat.
Place tin in oven and cook for 30 mins.
