Ingredients

    1/4 cup almond meal
    2 Tbs ground golden flax seeds
    2 large egg
    2 Tbs unsweetened cocoa
    1/3 tsp baking powder
    Stevia to taste

Tips

Add a tablespoon of nut pieces if desired.
Great with lite cream cheese of sugar free jams on top.


Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a 2 cup soup bowl.
2. Cook in a microwave for between 1:45 and 2 minutes depending on the microwave.
3. Cut in half to make 2 servings.
