Ingredients

    Eggs
    Whole Wheat and White Flour
    Milk
    Organic Cane Sugar
    Oil
    Applesauce
    Baking Powder
    Salt
    Lemon Juice

Directions

Mix all ingredients together until batter is smooth. Make approximately 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake. Makes about 22 pancakes for 11 - 2 pancake servings. For a square griddle, make 4 pancakes on the griddle.
