Ingredients

    1-1/2 cup organic ketchup
    1/4 cup organic brown sugar (packed)
    1/4 cup organic red wine vinegar
    2 TBSP organic Dijon mustard
    2 TBSP organic Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1 (4lb) boneless chuck roast (trimmed of most fat)

Tips

I like to eat this in a Gluten Free Wrap, but if Gluten is not your problem, you can serve this like a BBQ Sandwich with a side salad.


Directions

In a large bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, mustard, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Place roast in a slow cooker. Pour liquid mixture over the roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Remove from slow cooker and shred with a fork. Return to the slow cooker and mix with juices to coat well. continue cooking for 1 more hour.
