Ingredients

    1 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive oil
    1/4 cup onion chopped fine
    1 Serrano pepper fine cut ( may use other pepper but this one is my favorite.
    1 can white chicken meat
    1 package chicken seasoning
    4 corn Tortillas
    1/4 cup of 2% cheddar cheese
    1 cup Lettuce
    1 cup Tomato copped

Directions

Put 1 tbsp extra Virgin Olive oil in pan
add 1/4 cup fine cup onions and 1 pepper.
cook so onion get little brown.
add chicken and seasoning.
Heat the Tortillas
put cook chicken meat in Tortillas
Then add topping of your liking.
2% cheddar Cheese
Lettuce
Tomato
