Ingredients

    2 Cups of Gluten Free Flour
    3 Tbsp of Sugar
    2 Tbsp of Baking Powder
    1 1/2 Tsp of Salt
    1 Cup of Milk
    3 Eggs
    1 Tsp of Vanilla

Tips

For a more flavored waffle, add a tsp of cinnamon. And for a more moist waffle, substitute milk for heavy cream.


Directions

Preheat waffle iron. In a large bowl add flour, baking powder and salt and set aside. In mixing bowl add eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla and mix together. Once egg and milk mixture if together slowly add flour mixture until well mixed and blended. Once mixed add enough of the mix to cover the waffle grid. Cook until golden brown. Serve nice and hot
