Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 ripe Florida Avocados - peeled, pitted, and cubed
    1/2 cup raw cocoa powder (unsweet)
    1/2 cup organic maple syrup
    1 tsp lemon juice
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 pinch of salt
    1 TBSP water, or as needed for desired consistency.

Directions

Place avocado, cocoa powder, maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla extract and salt in food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. Add water, 1 TBSP at a time as needed to make the pudding desired consistency. Eat right away or chill. Best served cold.
