Introduction

Low Carb egg muffins. Add more veggies as you like. Low Carb egg muffins. Add more veggies as you like.

Ingredients

    6 eggs
    broccoli
    scallions
    2 slices Turkey bacon

Directions

Beat eggs together, chop bacon, broccoli and scallions and other vegetables. Spray a muffin tin with no stick spray and mix everything into 8 equal muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
