Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    .5 cup uncooked brown rice
    .5 cup water
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    .5 teaspoon salt
    .5 teaspoon celery salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 cup water

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Mix meat, rice, .5 cup water, onion, salts, garlic, and pepper. Shape mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls into balls. Place meatballs in electric fry pan or skillet and brown. Drain fat. Place meatballs in baking dish that has been prepared with Pam. Stir together remaining ingredients; pour over meatballs. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 mins. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
