Ingredients

    6 small 'pickle' cucumbers (~4 cups, sliced)
    1/4 c. red onion, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 tsp dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp sugar

Tips

add more rice vinegar to make it tangier, more sugar to make it sweeter


Directions

slice cucumbers and onions; add other ingredients and toss together.

Chill and let it marinate a while.
