Ingredients

    Yellow Split Peas, 1 cup
    Jennie-O ground turkey breast, 1.25 lb
    Italian diced tomatoes, 2 cans
    dark red Kidney beans 1 can rinsed
    Southern Ranch Beans 1 can rinsed
    Beans, great northern, 1 can rinsed
    Pablano peppers 1, chopped
    Onions, 1 raw, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    1 6 0z can tomato paste
    Red Potato, 653 grams (4 potatos)
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cup
    OM Turkey Smoked Sausage 1 14oz pk
    Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
    Onion powder, 2 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Cumin, 2 tbsp
    Smoked Paprika, 2 tbsp

Directions

Chop smoked turkey sausage into small pieces, cook in large pot on medium low heat to render all fat. Add 1 cup chicken stock and 1 cup yellow split peas. INcrease temperature to medium. Dice potatos, peppers and onion. Add potatos with 2nd cup of chicken stock to the pot. Bring to a boil on medium heat. Cover and allow to boil for 20 minutes, stirring occasionaly.

In a seperate pan, brown ground turkey sprinkled with Smoked Paprika and Cumin. Drain all beans and rinse thoroughly to remove all sodium and canning liquid. Add beans, turkey, peppers and onions to the pot. Allow to simmer for at least an hour.
