Ingredients

    Publix Greenwise vanilla protein powder
    Fresh blackberries
    Almond Breeze unsweetened original

Tips

Sometimes I add half a banana, and substitute any fresh or frozen fruit. This is my first effort at making protein shakes and drinking almond milk, it tastes really good and keeps me full until lunch.


Directions

Blend together in a blender, add ice cubes to thicken.

Serving Size: makes one 8-10 oz shake
