Delicious and light biscuits for breakfast or any occasion. Delicious and light biscuits for breakfast or any occasion.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 c Self-Rising flour
    1/2 c Ginger Ale
    1/2 c Sour Cream
    2 T butter

Tips

The original recipe called for Bisquick and 7-Up. However, I substituted Self-Rising Flour and Ginger Ale, and it worked fine.

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Melt butter in bottom of metal or glass pan. Mix flour, Ginger Ale, and Sour Cream until all flour is moistened. Roll out on lightly floured surface, and cut biscuits with cookie cutter. Dip in melted butter in pan, flip over, and place in pan with buttered side up. Bake 15 - 20 minutes until tops are lightly browned.
