Ingredients

    2 Cups Iceberg Lettuce, american dole blend salad
    2 Each Red Onion Slice, sliced and seperated
    3 Each Black Olives
    2 Each Banana Peppers
    1/4 Cup Croutons, Seasoned
    1/2 Each Tomato, Quartered
    1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese, Freshly grated
    1 Dash Fresh Ground Pepper

    Olive Garden Italian Dressing

    1/8 Cup Nonfat Mayonnaise
    1/16 Cup Red Wine Vinegar, original used white
    1/3 Tablespoon Vinegar
    1/4 Teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/2 Tablespoon Splenda
    1/2 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 Tablespoon Romano Cheese
    1/2 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
    1/16 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
    1/8 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
    1/8 Teaspoon Parsley
    1/4 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

Directions

Original Recipe From Olive Garden-I reduced the calories with substitutions.
Chill one salad bowl in freezer for at least 30 minutes. Place bag of salad in bowl. Add lettuce,t red onion, black olives, banana peppers, tomatoes, and croutons. Sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh ground black pepper.

Directions for Dressing
Mix all ingredients in a blender to make the dressing .until well mixed. If this is a little too tart for your own personal tastes please add a little extra sugar or splenda.
