Ingredients

    For the sauce:
    10 oz ground beef
    2 tsp margarine
    1/2 bundle of green onion, diced (50g)
    1/2 small onion (50g)
    3 cloves of garlic
    1 medium red bell pepper, diced (225g)
    1 tsp each of cumin, mint, and red chilli pepper
    1 can of tomato paste (5.5 fl oz)
    1 cup hot water

Tips

The lower the temperature, and longer you cook it the more flavor it will have.


Directions

Cook the beef, and margarine in a sauce pan till all the meat is brown. Add the spice, and vegetables, and cook for 5 more minutes. Add tomato paste, and water and cook till it reaches the desired thickness. Then add over spaghetti.
