Ingredients

Two rotisserie chickens.
Two cans of mandarin orange segments in light syrup
One can of pineapple, crushed, unsweetened
One 4oz package of slivered almonds
Two 12oz packages of bionaturae GF pasta
Tips
This pasta is best second or third day, so making it the morning before use or even the night before use is preferable.
Directions
Pick the two chickens, leaving out skin, drumsticks and wings.
Cook pasta as per directions on the bag, drain and set aside.
Open all three fruit cans, drain mandarin oranges, partially drain pineapple leaving most of the juice.
In large bowl carefully fold pasta, fruit and chicken. Crush almonds into smaller pieces in bag and then fold into salad.
Refrigerate for at least a few hours, though it is possible to eat immediately.
Serving Size: Makes 12 1 cup servings
