    3 thin slices of honey dew melon
    2 think slices of cantaloupe
    1 cup of raspberries
    4 strawberries
    1 banana
    1 small original v8
    1 tbs flax seed
    1/4 cup of unsalted cashews
    1 mango
    3 small apricots


blend the flax seed and cashews first


you can alternate the nuts as long as they are unsalted - you can also use any fruit you have available - I use whatever looks like it's about to go
