Ingredients

    2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    1/4 cup water
    1 tablespoon dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    Add salt and pepper to taste. Can also add a squirt of lemon juice.

Tips

If you store in a cupboard it'll keep just fine for quite a while. If you store it in the fridge, the olive oil will harden and need to be warmed and remixed before use.


Directions

Mix all together in a mason jar, screw on the lid and shake. You can add salt and pepper to taste.
