Ingredients

    1 cup unsweetened vanilla Almond Milk
    1 cup apple juice (100% juice)
    1 cup frozen raspberries
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1 cup frozen blackberries

Tips

You can add different fruits and/or juice, peanut butter, protein powder, etc., for desired taste. This recipe is very versatile and healthy.


Directions

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth and creamy. May add more almond mild or apple juice for desired consistency.
