    Lamb leg steak, butterflied, 372 gram(s)
    Chick peas, Eden, no salt added, 1.68 cup (1 can)
    Curry powder, 4 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Ginger Root, 3 tsp
    Mango Chutney (Sharwoods), 3 tbsp
    DRIED ONIONS, 2 tbsp
    Tomato paste, Hunts, 6 tbsp
    Lime Juice, 0.5 lime yields
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Water, 1 1/2 cups


Cut the lamb into cubes and stir fry in the oil until no longer pink. Add curry powder and stir-fry 1 minute more. Add everything else. Simmer 30-40 minutes until tender.
