    Fresh strawberries, 1 cup, halves
    Mini bocconcini (56g or 8 balls)
    Fresh basil (chiffonade) 2 tbsp
    Mangos, 1 cup, cubed
    Balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp or to taste

Tips

For the balsamico, use the good stuff from Modena if you can, it's richer and sweeter, and a little goes a long way!


Directions

Assemble strawberries, cheese, mango, and basil. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
