    Bread, rye, 2 oz
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Venison, stew meat or steak, 8 serving ( 3 oz )
    Broccoli,stalk only peeled and sliced, fresh, 1 stalk
    Cauliflower, stalk only, slices raw, 1 cup
    Turnips, 1 cup, cubes
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    rye flour, 2 tbsp
    Heavy Whipping Cream, 8 fl oz
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)


makes 4 to 8 servings
dredge venison in rye flour, and brown in olive oil until lightly brown. add 1 1/2 cups of water, salt and pepper to taste..I use NO-SALT....and onions..
Simmer until tender, about 1 1/2 hrs add vegetables, and continue cooking,, watch liquid so it doesn't boil dry..
when tender add Cream and stir in..then thicken with rye flour and water combo,, stir in, it will thicken..
Taste and salt and pepper, to taste.....
Serve hot...
