Ingredients

    3 Corella Pears
    3 Josephine Pears
    (pealed and cored - quartered)
    Coconut Palm sugar
    Cinnamon stick
    lemon drizzled on Pears
    spices ( ginger, cloves, cardamom etc)

Directions

Heat water and sugar and spices until sugar is melted. Slide in pears in and simmer until slightly soft.

Serving Size: 8 or more( 3 pieces of pear & 1/2 fig for each serving)
