(pealed and cored - quartered)
Coconut Palm sugar
Cinnamon stick
lemon drizzled on Pears
spices ( ginger, cloves, cardamom etc)
Directions
Heat water and sugar and spices until sugar is melted. Slide in pears in and simmer until slightly soft.
