easy, yummy, good on anything easy, yummy, good on anything

Ingredients

    1/2 cup white miso paste
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup oil ( I used a mixture of sesame and olive)
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp vinegar (white wine, apple cider, any kind is fine)
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    salt, pepper, chili flakes to taste

Directions

mix everything together and whisk/blend until combined, a blender is preferable since the miso tends to clump. Store in an airtight container, lasts for several weeks.

Serving Size: makes 10 1/4 cup servings
