Introduction

I was in the mood for corn chowder, but I did not have a the necessary ingredients, so I replaced the chicken broth and evaporated milk with unsweetened almond milk! I was in the mood for corn chowder, but I did not have a the necessary ingredients, so I replaced the chicken broth and evaporated milk with unsweetened almond milk!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    almond breeze unsweetend almond milk, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Yellow Sweet Corn, or cream corn 0.5 cup kernels
    Red potato 1 medium
    pepper, black, 2 tsp
    Kosher Salt, 1 tsp
    Nature's Place Garlic, minced, 2 tsp

Directions

(chop potatoes) then Boil potatoes in water till half way cooked. Dice up onions until small or stick them in a food processor until finely diced. Put black pepper, Kosher Salt, Garlic, unsweetend almond milk, onions, and potatoes ( after almost fully cooked ) in a big pot, and bring to a boil while consistently stirring. Once brought to a boil, put on low heat and cook until potatoes are fully cooked. And enjoy!
