Introduction

This is basically the filling of a peanut butter pie but without the crust! This is basically the filling of a peanut butter pie but without the crust!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 package of silken tofu
    1 1/4 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup maple syrup
    1-2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Add all ingredients to Vitamix and blend (if using a less powerful blender, you will have to blend longer)

Serving Size: Makes 8 - 10 servings
