Ingredients

    1.5c frozen Peaches

    1.5c frozen cherries

    1c HOT water.

    1c yogurt

    1c sherbert

    1 banana.

Tips

I make 2 15oz smoothies for myself for breakfast - and have 6oz left over for a snack for my kids.


Directions

Place 1.5c of frozen Peaches and 1.5c frozen cherries into a blender.

Add about 1c HOT water.

Blend until fruit is broken down.

Add 1c yogurt and blend.

Add 1c sherbert and blend.

Add 1 banana.

Makes approximately 36oz.

Serving Size: makes 4 9oz smoothies
