Introduction

Ingredients

    1-8oz pkg Light Cream Cheese - softened
    8oz Light Sour Cream
    1/4 cup of finely chopped onion
    1/2 cup of finely chopped cucumber (If making cucumber cups, use the portion you've scooped out.)
    1 Tbsp Parsley
    1 - 2 Tbsp Dill Weed
    Salt/Pepper to taste

Tips

This recipe was used to fill cucumber cups. Slice cucumber in 1-1 1/2 in slices. With melon baller, remove center but do not go all the way through. Fill with dip and top with half of a grape tomato.


Directions

Blend softened cream cheese & sour cream. Add onion and cucumber and mix well. Add parsley and dill, mix well. Add salt and/or pepper to taste. Keep chilled.

Serving Size: Makes 30-2Tbsp servings
