Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups Black Beans cooked
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1 can of low sodium diced tomatoes
    1/2 cup green pepper diced
    4 cups low sodium and low-fat chicken broth (more or less depending on how much broth you prefer)
    1 tbsp. each of Ground Cumin, Chili Powder and Garlic Powder



Tips

Great with cornbread, some fat free Greek yogurt and a little low fat shredded cheddar.


Directions

Add all ingredients to a stock pot and bring to boil. Bring down to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes or until reduced to preferred consistency.
