Ingredients

    2lbs ground turkey
    1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup celery, chopped
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1 egg, whisked
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2 tbsp coconut Aminos
    Salt and pepper
    Coconut oil

Tips

I'm told this recipe works best in a loaf pan with holes in the bottom to drain excess fat. I didn't have one. It still worked out fine.


Directions

Pre heat oven to 375 degrees
Mix all ingredients (except coconut oil) in a bowl.
Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil
Bake for 60 minutes
Let cool 10 minutes before removing from loaf pan
Enjoy!
