Introduction

Love these as a snack, great for lunch or with dinner. Love these as a snack, great for lunch or with dinner.

Ingredients

    2 C Brussel Sprouts
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp Sea Salt


Tips

Add onion, peppers, broccoli or mushrooms for a veggie toss. Spice up with chili powder or chipotle powder.


Directions

Preheat oven to 375
Thinly slice off ends of Sprouts and cut in half length wise.
Put into a large baggie and toss/coat with oil and sea salt.
Spread onto a foil covered baking sheet.
Put in oven and roast for 20 minutes, stir once.

Serving Size: makes two 1 cup servings
