Ingredients

1 pound (or more) of fresh crab meat (jumbo lump is best)
1/2 c mayo
2t Worcestershire sauce
2t Lemon Juice
2t Old Bay Seasoning
1t Yellow Mustard
1 egg
panko bread crumbs, half cup
Tips
Cooking time may be a little longer (15 - 20 minutes)
Serve with corn on the cob and a nice salad.
Directions
combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and crab
add crab meat
add bread crumbs
shape into balls
place on cookie sheet
add a "dollop" of butter to top of each
sprinkle a little old bay seasoning on the top of each
add a little water to the cookie sheet (helps to keep crab cakes moist)
Bake in over @ 425 for 15-20 minutes
