    Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    *Hot Chili Peppers, 5 pepper (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh, 2 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 2 cup (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp (remove)

Directions

- Boil peas in water
- Heat oil
- Add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, & hing
- Then add onions, tomatoes, jalapeņo, hot chills, ginger,
& garlic
- Add turmeric, salt, & dried cilantro
- Add kale and fresh cilantro
- serve
