Ingredients

    8 Cups of mashed strawberries
    1.5 Cups Sugar
    3/8 Cup Lemon Juice
    2 Envelopes of Low/No Sugar Needed Pectin (.4oz per envelope)

Directions

Heat mashed strawberries in dutch oven with pectin and lemon juice. Once boiling, add sugar. Boil hard one minute (a boil that cannot be stirred down). Remove from heat, place in heated jars and process jars.
