Ingredients

    1 cup Carb Master yogurt, any flavor
    4.5 Cups 1% milk
    1/8 cup sugar

Tips

Your yogurt may take significantly longer to culture than 5 hours. Up to 10 hours is fine.


Directions

Heat milk and sugar until steaming, but not boiling. Let cool, to 100-110 degrees Fahrenheit. Stir in Carbmaster yogurt and process in yogurt maker for at least 5 hours or until thickened.
