Ingredients

    1 cup apples, chopped
    1 cup fresh spinach
    1/4 cup fresh carrot slices
    1/2 cup silk pure almond milk
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    1 scoop eggwhite protein powder

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes approx 1 20 oz serving
