Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Paprika, .5 tsp
    seasoned salt, 2 tsp
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tsp
    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup grated
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
    Better than boullion beef flavored base -2 tsp
    Milk, 3.25%, .25 cup
    Sour Cream, .125 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 4 cups, shredded

Directions

soften cabbage leaves in simmering water with salt and apple cider vinegar
saute onion, garlic, paprika, seasoned salt & worcestershire sauce.. add meat, cook thru
add cauliflower and 1/3 of the can of tomatoes. remove from heat
in another pan cook remaining tomatoes, boullion base, milk and sour cream.
spoon meat filling into stem end of each cabbage leaf. add some shredded mozzarella, roll and place in casserole pan. repeat til filling is used
spoon sauce on top of rolls
spread cheese on and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serving Size: makes 12 cabbage rolls
