Ingredients

    Steel Cut Oats, dry, 2 cup
    Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 12 fl oz
    *Lactaid Fat Free Milk, 1 cup
    4.5 cups water
    Sweet Cherries, .5 cup, frozen
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .5 cup, unthawed
    *Splenda, 15 tsp

Directions

Put all ingredients into well sprayed crockpot. Add vanilla extract, sf raspberry syrup & nutmeg to taste. Cook on low for 8 hours.
