Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lb. pork loin roast
1 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (I like Sweet Baby Ray's)
    1 can diet coke
    Lawry's seasoned salt

Tips

Can be served on a kaiser roll or eaten with a fork. Enjoy!

Directions

Generally coat pork with Lawry's seasoning salt. Place in crock pot and pour in soda and barbecue sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. After 4 hours, remove pork and place on a cutting board. Take two forks and shred the meat into bite size chunks. Return to the crock pot for another 30-60 minutes to allow the meat to soak up flavor.
