Ingredients

    Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 5 oz.
    Scallions, 1 Tbsp. minced
    Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp.
    Kosher salt, pinch
    Black pepper to taste
    Cheddar Cheese slice

Tips

Do not over mix the ingredients with the ground turkey because it will get too dense. You can make this recipe without olive oil if you want to lighten it up and don't mind a dry burger. I also like to cut my cheese slice in half, which is plenty for me.

Recipe can easily be doubled, tripled, or quadrupled!


Directions

Heat non-stick griddle on medium-low.

In a small bowl lightly mix ground turkey with chopped scallion, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Shape into a 4 inch round patty and cook for 6 minutes each side. Remove from heat and promptly add cheese slice. Toast bun on the hot griddle for an extra flavor boost.

Serving Size: Makes 1 burger
