Ingredients

    1 cup nonfat milk
    1 (8oz) pkg lowfat cream cheese
    3 Tbl butter buds
    2 tsp Garlic & herb salt free seasoning
    1 box Low carb penne rigato pasta
    4 links (1 pkg) lightlife veggie sausage, chorzio syle
    16 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 red peppers, diced
    2 yellow peppers, diced
    1/2 bunch green onions & stems, diced


Directions

Cook 1 box of low carb pasta as directed. In a separate saucepan, melt lowfat cream cheese, seasonings, and fat-free skim milk together to create alfredo sauce. In a large nonstick skillet, combine peppers, mushrooms, onions, and sliced sausages and saute to desired tenderness. Finally, mix all ingredients together. Makes four servings.
