Yum! Very filling and tasty dish. I usually make a large batch and divide into a few different servings to take to work for lunches and dinners to reheat. Yum! Very filling and tasty dish. Ingredients

broccoli
mushrooms
chicken
bacon
whole wheat pasta
garlic oil
garlic powder, onion powder, pepper
Parmesan cheese
Tips
I suppose you could leave out the bacon and chicken and add tofu instead. You could also add in extra garlic and onion powder and pepper while frying the ingredients.
Directions
steam chicken. cut into small chunks.
cook pasta - any type works, but rotini or elbows are best. drain.
cut mushrooms into slices and broccoli into small pieces.
microwave bacon to cook and chop into small pieces.
add all ingredients into frying pan with oil and make sure all foods are cooked and heated thoroughly.
serve immediately. sprinkle serving with shaky Parmesan cheese.
