Ingredients

    12 oz package baby carrots
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1 teaspoon Splenda
    1 teaspoon cornstarch
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/4 cup Trop50 orange juice
    1 Tablespoon I can't believe it's not butter light

Directions

1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil. Add carrots and cook 8 - 10 minutes, until fork tender; Drain.

2. In a small saucepan combine sugar, Splenda, cornstarch and ginger; add orange juice. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes more. Stir in butter.

3. Pour sauce over carrots and toss lightly to combine. Serve warm.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
