Introduction

This makes a very healthy breakfast smoothie This makes a very healthy breakfast smoothie
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    I always use:
    1 Bananna
    a handful of blue berries (about 10)
    and 4 or 5 strawberries.
    3 tbls of ground flaxseed
    3 tbls of honey
    fill with enough water to make about 16 oz of drink. (although if you like you smoothie a little thinner you can add more water)
    Blend well ( I use a smoothie maker called nutri-bullet and it comes out great)
    All the prep time comes from cutting the apple up

Tips

Be sure to remove the seeds from the apple as apple seeds produce cyanide when ground up.
